Since 1997, Utah Family Institute (UFI) has been supporting Utah families with compassionate therapy, personalized assessments, and trusted evaluation services — helping people navigate life’s challenges for over 20 years.
Funding Options:
UFI is currently in network on many plans serviced by the following insurance carriers: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, DMBA, Educator’s Mutual, TriCare/TriWest, Select Health, Humana and PEHP. UFI also offers discounted private pay rates for therapy and evaluation services.
UFI has several contracts with the State of Utah to provide evaluation and therapy services to families. UFI also works with Crime Victims Reparations and clergy in order to facilitate treatment for those in need. UFI has clinicians who have the ability to work with those who qualify for certain types of Medicaid or Post-Adoption services.
