Funding Options:

UFI is currently on the following insurance carriers: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, DMBA, Educator’s Mutual, TriCare, Select Health, Humana and Value Options.  UFI also accepts discounted cash payment rates for treatment and testing services.

UFI has several contracts with the State of Utah to provide testing and mental health services to families.  UFI also works with Crime Victims Reparations and clergy in order to facilitate treatment for those in need. UFI has clinicians who have the ability to work with those who qualify for certain types of Medicaid or Post-Adoption services.
