Matt Madsen, L.C.S.W.:  Matt has over 30 years experience working in the community and schools to help children, adolescents, adults and families deal with a variety of mental health issues. He has specialized training in Functional Family Therapy (FFT). Matt has worked as an on-call crisis worker, assessing individuals on whether they needed to be admitted into various psychiatric hospital units. Matt has worked to help adolescents manage issues with aggression/anger, family relationship issues, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma and behavior problems. Matt has worked with UFI since 1997.     

Office Staff:

Camille Nicholson, Administrative Assistant: Camille was born and raised in Utah.  She studied General Education at Utah Valley University.  She has been working for Utah Family Institute since 2012.

Montana Jolley, Office Manager: Montana grew up in LaVerkin Utah.  She is a licensed Cosmetologist and is currently working on completing a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with an emphasis on Human Development at Brigham Young University.
